Alcantara and Sales Manager Peter Martin Javier from SMDC in Innsbruck to discuss condominium purchase for Filipinos in Austria as well as for Austrians that want to retire in the philippines. One of the newest projects is one hour south of manila in Batangas (www.hamilocoast.com ); an other project is in Manila – Bicutan, Paranaque City (Chateau Elysée, www.smresidences.com ) The visit of the SM Delegation to Austria was organized by the Austrian businessman Alfred Reiterer. Representatives of the Philippine Community in Tyrol joined the meeting with the SM Group. An evening reception (also joined by Member of  the Austrian Parliament Mag. Karin Hackl) completed this sucessful visit.
